Sample Server Configuration

 

We have provided a full server configuration file for you to get up and running with Revolt.  These are the settings we run as stock on Server #1.  Please change the information to your liking.

Revolt CVARS

 

The following is a list of CVARS and their definitions:

 

scr_allow_panzerfaust:  The panzer is now an Iraqi RPG.  Most campaign maps have them in select places.

 

scr_allow_fg42:  The fg42 is now a Dragunov Sniper Rifle.  Most campaign maps have them in select places.

 

 

Merciless CVARS

 

1.      scr_bloodpools:  This cvar makes puddles of blood that seep out of a dead body.

2.      scr_nadedecaps:  This will make it so when a player is killed by grenade their head will be removed adjustable by percentage.

3.      scr_gundecaps:  This cvar makes it possible to decapitate a head by powerful head shots, also adjustable by percentage.

4.      scr_dripblood:  You can set this to make your players drip blood and bleed 10% of health after being attacked  See config for details.

5.      scr_painsounds:  These sounds can be activated to give the impacted player a voice of cry when hit, now has 4 levels from off to full.

6.      scr_healthdrops:  This allows you to discharge health packets.

7.      scr_weapondrops:  Allows the player to discharge his weapon.

8.      scr_painscreen:  When being hit, a red feedback indication shows you were hit.

9.      scr_bloodyscreen:  When being hit, or killing at close range, blood splats onto the player view cam.

10.  scr_actime:  The fart time.  Setting this cvar to 0 disables the camping fart and setting it to a number over zero is the amount of seconds before he discharges gas.

11.  sv_merciless:  This cvar is the master.  It can turn off or turn on all Merciless features, overriding any other Merciless cvars no matter the state they are in.  Acceptable is 0= off 1= full on and 2 for server side sub selections.
